I love Zwift. I joined at the very beginning and then didn’t use it much until the beginning of this year when my work loaded picked up and I didn’t have time to get out on the road or over the velodrome as often as before.

Now, I jump on Zwift for 30 minutes in the morning or evening when I can’t get outside.  It’s not quite as good as climbing Palos Verdes ridge or Reddish Knob, but the new Zwift Innsbruck-Tirol UCI Road Championships Course is a killer. I “Zwifted” for an hour yesterday and I was still 27 minutes from the summit!

I’m grandfathered in at $10/month until this fall, but I’m sticking with it when my rate goes up. It’s just so useful.

Plus, it’s a key part of my cancer recurrence prevention program.
