No rain. No sunburn. No potholes. No stoplights. Just fun!
Today was an easy 45 minutes in the velodrome to get back into shape after being off the bike for two weeks.
I’m super fortunate because I live on the westside of Los Angeles, just 20 minutes from the Velo Sports Center at the Stub Hub Center in Carson, California. The Velo Sports Center is the only indoor, 250 meter, world-class velodrome in the United States. 250 meters of Siberian pine and absolutely smooth.
Today added another 15.5 miles to my second trip around the world.
